I will try this recipe again and see what I can come up with. =( -kkkkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13399700250910391810noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1777225588128881562.post-82767411335346019102008-10-26T00:56:00.000-10:002008-10-26T00:56:00.000-10:00Thanks for your advise. The second one is abit soft however, after it cooled down, the texture sorta of like kueh-like, dense, heavy and not fluffy at all :(

Do you have any idea what went wrong? I kneaded my dough by hand for about 10 to 15 minutes...until you get a smooth elastic dough. If you want to bake them into individual buns, I would recommend that you bake them for 15 minutes, checking on them at 10 minutes. If they look like they've already reached the golden brown color, I would take them out. Hope they work out for you. Thanks for stopping by!
-kkkkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13399700250910391810noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1777225588128881562.post-64657534210700757582008-10-25T00:32:00.000-10:002008-10-25T00:32:00.000-10:00HiLooks yummy! A few questions:

1) In Step 2, do we need a bread machine to do the kneading? If yes, how long? If by hand, how long also?

2) If I want to bake into individual buns, how long should I bake it?

Thanks, NicoleNicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05830127340515699748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1777225588128881562.post-35543619781912315262008-06-29T19:33:00.000-10:002008-06-29T19:33:00.000-10:00Hi Farida,Thanks for stopping by.
