Instead of scallops, I used shrimp and...AMAZING!!!! Instead of scallops, I used shrimp and lobster. I loved the bitterness from the lemon and lemon zest. I did modify the wine amount. Instead of one cup, I used 1/2 cup. I also substituted the clam juice/seafood stock.
